You are required to have only one document for the registration process
- How long does it take to approve a seller application?
Your application will be reviewed, verified and approved within 48 hours once you have signed up and completed the to do list. You will receive emails at each step.

- What is Commission fee and how much commission is charged?
Commission fee is a certain percentage of the order item value of your product. It differs across categories and vertical/sub-categories.
- Would I get compensation if the goods are damaged or lost in transit?
Yes, compensation will be paid . Quality check will be done of the returned damaged goods or if its lost the responsible team will be accountable and necessary actions will be taken.
- Will I need to pack my products for delivery?
No,SD will incorporate Pick-Pack & Ship model for delivery.
- Do I need to submit my documents in hard copy ?
Yes , one supporting document is necessary to be submitted at sastodeal's office.
